Shipping
Physical orders are packed by the studio and shipping is calculated during Stripe Checkout.
- Prints can be shipped internationally when rates are configured for the destination at checkout.
- Original works may have restricted shipping or inquiry-only handling because packaging, insurance, customs, and carrier options depend on the work.
- The customer is responsible for accurate shipping details and any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country.
- Tracking details are added to the order record when a shipment is prepared.
Returns and refunds
Return requests are reviewed case by case and must be raised promptly after delivery.
- Contact the studio before returning any physical work so the return can be approved and packaged correctly.
- Returned physical works must be sent back in their original condition and protective packaging unless the issue is damage in transit.
- Refunds are issued through Stripe after the return or issue has been reviewed.
- Digital downloads are not normally refundable once access has been generated, except where required by law or where the delivered file is defective.
Privacy
Customer data is used only to process orders, deliver downloads, support fulfillment, and handle disputes or legal obligations.
- Stripe processes payment details on its hosted Checkout page. This site does not store card numbers or CVC data.
- The shop stores order contact details, shipping details, Stripe payment identifiers, fulfillment notes, and digital download access logs.
- Digital download logs can include timestamp, IP address, user agent, order item, and generated access metadata so paid access can be verified.
- Order records are retained as needed for accounting, support, fraud prevention, and dispute evidence.
Terms
Purchases are for personal ownership or licensed digital access, not automatic copyright transfer.
- Artwork copyright remains with Anais Van den Bulcke unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
- Product availability is subject to confirmed inventory. Payment state is confirmed only by Stripe webhooks, not by the checkout return page.
- Prices are shown in the configured product currency and include applicable VAT where required unless stated otherwise.
- The studio may cancel and refund orders that cannot be fulfilled, appear fraudulent, or contain incorrect product or shipping configuration.
Damaged shipments
Damage in transit should be reported quickly with photos so the shipment can be investigated.
- Keep the artwork, packaging, labels, and delivery materials until the claim is reviewed.
- Send photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, damage, label, and the delivered work.
- The studio may request extra information for carrier insurance, replacement, repair, refund, or dispute evidence.
- For high-value originals, signed delivery, insurance, and packaging evidence may be kept with the order record.
Digital downloads
Digital files are delivered through short-lived private links after Stripe confirms payment.
- Download links are generated only for paid orders and should not be shared.
- The file itself is stored privately; the shop generates temporary access instead of exposing permanent storage URLs.
- If the success page shows checkout received instead of payment confirmed, Stripe has not finished webhook confirmation yet.
- Contact the studio if a paid digital order cannot be accessed or the delivered file is corrupted.
